What You'll Do:
Managing on-site crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety Train and mentor junior painters as needed Reviewing plans, schedules, and scopes to set your team up for success Coordinating closely with Project Managers to keep projects on time and on budget Maintaining clear communication between field and office Ensuring every client interaction reflects professionalism and reliability Aieres Group is known for
What You Bring:
5+ years in commercial construction (painting or related trade) A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial painting with 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead position Strong knowledge of commercial painting tools, techniques, and finishes Proven experience leading crews and managing job sites Strong communication and organizational skills Fluency in English and Spanish Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Your Next Step If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in building great teams and even greater projects, we want to hear from you.
