Job Description Security Foreman - Access Control & CCTV Framingham, MA Join Next Level Technician as a Security Foreman in Framingham, MA! Responsibilities Lead and oversee installation of access control and CCTV systems on commercial job sites Supervise and support a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently Install and service door hardware, card readers, electric strikes, mag locks, and related devices Oversee panel wiring, system connections, and device integration Run, route, terminate, and inspect low voltage cabling (CAT5e/CAT6) Read and interpret blueprints, system layouts, and wiring diagrams Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on site Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance to team members Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Requirements 4+ years of commercial security or low voltage installation experience Proven experience leading crews or acting as a lead technician/foreman Strong background in access control systems, CCTV, and structured cabling Ability to read and interpret blueprints and system drawings Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots) Preferred Qualifications Experience with systems such as Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Honeywell, or similar platforms Experience with programming or configuring access control and CCTV systems Manufacturer certifications a plus Experience working in commercial, healthcare, or industrial environments BICSI, OSHA, or lift certifications Why Work with Next Level Technician in Framingham, MA?
