Supervise and lead all on-site construction activities, including excavation, framing, plumbing, rebar installation, and concrete work, ensuring quality control and adherence to plans. ? Manage daily operations and crew assignments, ensuring efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials to keep the project on schedule and budget. ? Serve as the primary on-site contact, coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients. ? Troubleshoot and resolve complex on-site challenges and make critical decisions to keep the build moving forward. ? Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and regulations. ? Train and mentor Construction Laborers and Pool Builders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. ? Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all tools and machinery are used safely and efficiently. What You\'ll Bring ? 3+ years of proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in pool building, concrete work, or a related complex trade. ? Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing a construction crew of 3-5 people. ? Expert knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control procedures. ? Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear direction and effective coordination with various stakeholders. ? Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions. ? A valid driver?s license and reliable transportation to job sites. OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
