Job Summary Lead a team to deliver exceptional fence installations for residential and commercial clients, exceeding customer expectations and upholding Miller Fence Co.'s reputation for quality. Responsibilities Arrive to shop at 7am, go over the days job, load up any last minute tools or supplies on company truck, go install fence. Install all types of fence for both commercial and residential jobs. Including but not limited to wood, vinyl, chainlink, aluminum, iron, and cantilever gates. Works closely with the Operation Manager to understand all aspects of the project, issues, and scope of job. Mixes concrete, digs holes, drives power equipment and uses power tools to accomplish install requirements Determine layout and give suggestions to customers to best optimize the materials they have purchased. Lead crew of 1-2 laborers and assign tasks accordingly Communication with the Operations Manager to monitor progress and deadlines of each project Other duties needed and assigned by the Operations Manager. Required Qualifications Authorized to work in the USA and proficient in English Ability to pass a background CORI check Own reliable transportation to and from work 3-5 years of fencing experience required 1-3 years Supervisor experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift over 70lbs on a consistent and daily basis Good work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor. Know how to install vinyl, chain link, aluminum, iron, wood and granite Provide own hand tools & saws Have valid Driver's License
