What You'll Do As a Fence Foreman, you'll lead a small crew and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Your day begins at the shop, preparing for the job ahead, then heading out to deliver exceptional installations. Lead and manage a crew of 1-2 team members Install a wide variety of fencing: wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, iron, granite, and cantilever gates Interpret project scope and collaborate with the Operations Manager Ensure efficient, high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations Operate tools and equipment, dig, set posts, and pour concrete Communicate progress and keep projects on track What We're Looking For 3-5 years of fencing experience 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Ability to lift 70+ lbs regularly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a CORI background check Skilled in installing multiple fence types (vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, iron, wood, granite) Personal hand tools and saws Preferred (but not required):
