Underground Utility Foreman

Blue Star Technologies is seeking a foremen to join our team for various construction projects focused on underground utility maintenance. The ideal candidate supervise a crew of 4-6 members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow construction plans and instructions from the site Foreman and Supervisor.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills; effectively communicate, train, and delegate tasks professionally.
• Ensure crew safety by adhering to company safety policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accountability for the crew's safety and well-being.
• Complete daily log sheets, timesheets, and submit weekly paperwork.
• Communicate with onsite general contractors, inspectors, superintendents, and project managers in a professional manner.
• Ensure that job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and safe for use.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, both remotely and in person.

Compensation:
