Job Description

Innovation Mechanical Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC / Plumbing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead HVAC and plumbing installation crews on commercial and residential projects. Coordinate daily activities and ensure work is completed on schedule. Install, troubleshoot, and oversee HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and related equipment. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety policies. Coordinate material deliveries and inventory requirements. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Train and mentor apprentices and junior technicians. Complete daily reports and project documentation. Attend project coordination, safety, and progress meetings as required. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Coordinate and prepare completed work for required inspections, testing, startup, and commissioning. Conduct daily job hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and jobsite safety meetings while enforcing company and OSHA safety requirements.
Pay:
$32.68 - $39.36 per hour
