Duties and Responsibilities:
Point of contact for general contractor's field superintendent. Possess complete knowledge of all drawings, specifications, construction schedules, electrical equipment submittals, and mechanical equipment submittals. Work consists of installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial electrical industry. Responsible for managing and training all electrical jobsite field personnel. Perform all electrical tasks including reading and accurately interpreting construction electrical drawings, terminate cables, and install and troubleshoot control wiring from drawings. Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment. Responsible for providing and establishing a safe workplace for all employees onsite. Responsible for the complete field execution of the construction and performance of the electrical contract work. Responsible for tracking jobsite materials and tools. Responsible for scheduling and conducting all jobsite inspections, testing, and owner training.
