Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Pool Construction Supervisor is the liaison between the customer and the sub-contractors, and is responsible for coordinating all sub-contractor activities to complete each phase of construction Supervise construction on all jobs. Resolves any conflicts in scheduling; corrects any miscommunications and maintains relationships with contractors to ensure construction is able to move forward

Job Duties:

Interact with customers via phone and email regarding project schedule, answers questions, and resolves any outstanding issues Coordinate with Owner to maintain and move project on a timely basis Interact with sub-contractors to define the construction schedule. Maintains working relationships to promote quality of work and scheduling efficiency. Maintain construction file and update notes on project files. Produce and maintain accurate construction files including: contract addendums, revised plans, incident reports, material selections, etc. Prep pools for new plaster Repair or clean up work for pools Other projects and duties as required/assigned Pick up and deliver material needed to jobsites Requirements 3-5 years experience with pool construction Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to overcome customer objections. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail, able to make decisions relative to scheduling Positive and outgoing personality Punctual and Reliable Clean appearance when meeting with clients
