This position focuses on small commercial and tenant fit-out projects with steady, long-term work and consistent hours.

Responsibilities:

• Run small commercial electrical projects from start to finish (foreman level)
• Perform layout, plan reading, and material takeoffs
• Coordinate with other trades and field personnel
• Lead crews of 1-3 electricians on active job sites
• Install MC cable and EMT conduit
• Install and troubleshoot 0-10V lighting controls and basic fire alarm systems
• Walk jobs with inspectors and ensure code compliance Pay rate is $35
• $45/hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Maryland Journeyman Electrician license
• 7+ years total electrical experience (journeyman level or higher)
• 3+ years experience running work as a foreman or lead electrician (foreman candidates)
• Strong commercial and tenant fit-out background
