We offer a positive work environment, competitive pay, and long-term career stability. Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on large commercial projects, including new construction and major renovations. The ideal candidate ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to code, while maintaining a strong culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision:

Supervise, train, and schedule plumbers and apprentices on site.

Project Leadership:

Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and schematics to layout and execute plumbing systems.

Installation Management:

Oversee installation of hot/cold water, waste, vent, and underground piping (PVC, copper, no-hub).

Material & Equipment:

Coordinate with Project Managers for material ordering and tool logistics, ensuring efficient use of company assets.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce all safety protocols (OSHA) and ensure all work complies with Maryland plumbing codes.

Reporting:

Prepare daily logs, timecards, and update project progress to the project manager.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisor role.

License:

Maryland Journeyman and/or Master Plumber License.

Skills:

Strong leadership skills, blueprint reading, and proficiency in, and installation of complex plumbing systems.

Documentation:

Ability to work with digital tools for time tracking and reporting.

Driver's License:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
