Construction Foreman High-End Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Overview We are seeking a trustworthy, honest, dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman specializing in high-end kitchen and bath remodeling projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team, oversee complex construction activities, and ensure the successful delivery of luxurious, custom-designed interiors. As a key leader on our project sites, you will drive quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining excellent client satisfaction. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will be instrumental in transforming visions into reality, all while fostering a collaborative and energized work environment. Duties Lead a team of 1-3 guys running residential remodeling projects from demo through final completion Ensure all materials, tools, and subcontractors are scheduled and on-site Communicate clearly with homeowners and keep them updated on progress Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Demolition Framing Drywall Cabinet installation Finish carpentry Light electrical and general remodeling tasks Keep projects on schedule and uphold quality standards Requirements Proven experience supervising high-end residential kitchen and bath remodeling projects with a focus on luxury finishes. 5+ years of residential remodeling experience Proven ability to run jobs independently from start to finish Strong finish carpentry skills, and electrical and light HVAC knowledge. Must have own tools for remodeling work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be punctual and dependable every day Ability to work in occupied homes and maintain professionalism Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, architects, and team members effectively. Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
