We are looking for a motivated leader who can manage crews, communicate effectively, and keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous construction and demolition experience required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to think quickly and adapt on the job
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in fast-paced environments
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience driving trailers or equipment is a plus
