We are a small, family-owned construction company specializing in high end renovations. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and a collaborative, hands-on approach. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to run on-site remodels, coordinate trades, and keep projects on time and on budget.
Overview:
We're seeking a Construction Remodeler Lead (Field) to oversee remodeling projects from start to finish. You'll be on-site daily, schedule trades and subcontractors, manage daily progress, and ensure safety and quality standards. This role is hands-on and field-based, with leadership responsibilities and close client collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple remodeling projects on-site from pre-construction through closeout Develop and maintain detailed daily/weekly project schedules and trade coordination plans Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution Demo team, plumbers, electricians, drywall, tile setters, cabinet installers, etc. Monitor progress, quality, safety and address issues promptly Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and suppliers; Provide daily status updates Maintain job site organization and cleanliness Review change orders, track budgets, and manage client expectations
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction with emphasis on kitchen and bath projects Strong knowledge of remodeling processes, building codes, and site safety Hands-on proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to coordinate multiple trades, and keep projects on schedule Valid driver's license; reliable transportation
