Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Enhancement Foreman to lead a crew in executing landscape upgrades and installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of projects, and can manage both people and jobsite quality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew on enhancement and installation projects Read and execute landscape design plans Perform planting, pruning, mulching, edging, bed creation, and softscape work Operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment safely Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards Train and mentor crew members Qualifications 2+ years of landscape enhancement or installation experience Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape practices Ability to read landscape designs and layouts Valid driver's license (chauffeur's or CDL is a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
