is seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman with 8-10+ years of hands-on industrial electrical construction experience to lead field operations at an industrial project site in Lansing, Michigan. This position is for a hands-on field leader who can supervise electrical crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage complex industrial electrical scopes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. A valid electrical license or electrician certification is required. Key Responsibilities Lead daily industrial electrical field operations Supervise electricians and helpers; assign daily tasks and manage workflow Coordinate and direct subcontractor activities at the site level Oversee industrial power distribution and major electrical systems Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications Ensure work meets NEC and project quality requirements Identify field issues and coordinate resolutions with the Superintendent or PM Support commissioning activities and system tie-ins Enforce jobsite safety standards and best practices Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of industrial electrical construction experience Proven experience working as an Electrical Foreman or Senior Lead Electrician Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead subcontractors on-site Valid electrical license or electrician certification (required) Strong understanding of industrial power distribution systems Ability to lead crews while remaining hands-on Legally authorized to work in the United States (non-local candidates welcome) Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Korean and English Experience in industrial facilities, plants, or heavy electrical projects Prior U.S. construction site experience Experience supporting or acting in a Superintendent role Compensation $40.00-$52.00 per hour (IBEW Local 665 prevailing wage) Wage rates comply with applicable prevailing wage requirements (Davis-Bacon Act).
