Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead and oversee plumbing projects on construction sites. This dynamic role involves managing a team of skilled plumbers, coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality plumbing installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction plumbing knowledge, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Join us to play a vital role in creating reliable plumbing systems that meet project specifications and client expectations. Duties Supervise and coordinate plumbing lines on construction sites to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems, HVAC, and mechanical installations The installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations Manage material inventory, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of work progress Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of heavy lifting, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and maintenance tasks Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and HVAC systems Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices effectively Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in HVAC systems and general building maintenance Skilled in basic math for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Experience with carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus for versatile site support Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
