Job Description

Job Summary:
Travel Involved (In-State, Out-of-State, & Out-of-Country) Pay may be negotiated based on experience. Visit Hillhiker.com to see what we do and where we go! We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and dependable Construction Lead / Foreman to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing jobsite operations, leading installation crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of managing both people and project details in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise installation crews on job sites, ensuring quality workmanship and productivity Plan, coordinate, and execute daily construction and installation activities Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications to guide the team Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and team members Troubleshoot installation challenges and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality standards are met Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure jobsite efficiency Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and completed work Coordinate scheduling and communicate updates with project managers and leadership Travel to various job sites as required
Experience:
Previous experience in construction, installation, or a related field required Prior leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Proficient with hand and power tools; electrical or technical system experience is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently while leading a team in the field
