  • Full-time Construction Foreman / Crew Lead (Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry) Twin Cities Metro | Union Position | $76
  • 82/hr + Benefits We're hiring experienced Foremen / Crew Leads across concrete, masonry, and concrete carpentry for year-round commercial work. If you can lead a crew, work hands-on, and take a project from start to finish—we want to talk to you. This role leads small crews (2-3 workers) and is fully supported by experienced field leadership. What You'll Do
  • Lead crews and complete projects from layout to final finish
  • Read blueprints and ensure accurate installation
  • Delegate tasks, solve problems, and keep jobs on schedule Depending on your trade, you'll also:
Concrete:
Form, pour, finish, and operate trowel machines
    Masonry:
    Lay brick/block/stone, tuckpoint, install rebar & lintels
      Carpentry:
      Build/set/strip forms and construct concrete formwork
      • Operate equipment and coordinate material placement
      • Maintain a safe, efficient jobsite What We're Looking For
      • 3-5+ years of experience in concrete, masonry, or formwork carpentry
      • Concrete candidates must be able to finish on day one
      • Foreman or crew lead experience preferred
      • Ability to read blueprints and perform layout (total station a plus)
      • Strong leadership, reliability, and work ethic Requirements
      • Valid driver's license
      • Ability to lift 50-90 lbs and work in all weather conditions
      • Willingness to work overtime/weekends as needed
