In this role, you will coordinate job sites , ensure safety protocols are followed, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every project. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills to motivate crew members and maintain project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to residential and commercial exterior improvements while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise gutter installation crew, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans related to gutter systems and exterior facades. Coordinate with project manager and clients, to schedule work and resolve on-site issues promptly. Ensure all safety procedures are followed, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of power tools and heavy equipment. Inspect work sites regularly for quality control, compliance with building codes, and proper installation techniques. Manage material inventory and ensure proper handling of tools such as hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Train team members on best practices for gutter installation, caulking, basic carpentry, roofing components, and other related tasks. Skills Extensive construction site experience with a focus on exterior systems like gutters. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, fabrication techniques, and fixture installation methods. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team coordination, safety enforcement, and quality assurance.
