Job Description
Avlaki Drainage Solutions specializes in commercial and residential drainage. We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator/ Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment to support construction projects.
Duties:
- Install drainage systems custom designed for each jobsite
- Thinking outside the box on how to solve issues that arise during a project
- Ability to manage others on jobsites and perform at a high level.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as tracked skid loaders and excavators.
- Perform tasks including excavation and installation of drain tile.
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating tracked skid loaders and excavators.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
- Class A license This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on diverse construction projects.
