Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead and oversee plumbing operations on new construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that plumbing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Plumbing Foreman, you will coordinate teams, interpret blueprints, and manage daily tasks to keep projects on track. •Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair work. Manage the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools to execute plumbing tasks. Oversee the installation of plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. Enforce safety standards on-site, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project deadlines and specifications. Perform heavy lifting, basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates, and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed. Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing, including pipe installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, HVAC systems, carpentry basics, and remodeling processes. Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, threading machines; power tools including drills and saws. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding work environments. Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components, schematics interpretation, and field service procedures. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols, heavy machinery operation for commercial driving if applicable, and handyman skills for troubleshooting.
