Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Foreman to help lead residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining quality workmanship, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the crew, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can effectively communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews on residential new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications. Coordinate daily job site activities to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule. Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor workmanship and maintain high standards of quality throughout all phases of construction. Order and coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed. Operate and oversee the safe use of equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, trailers, and power tools. Enforce job site safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Troubleshoot issues that arise in the field and communicate solutions with the project team. Maintain daily job logs, project updates, and other necessary documentation. Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners and clients. Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction experience, with previous leadership or foreman experience preferred. Strong understanding of residential building practices, materials, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Experience managing crews and coordinating subcontractors. Working knowledge of building codes and job site safety requirements. Comfortable operating common construction equipment and tools. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
