This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project success. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring all work adheres to project plans, schematics, and safety standards. Coordinate daily activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization to meet project deadlines. Monitor construction progress. Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets specifications, blueprints, and schematics. Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety meetings and inspections. Manage subcontractors and vendors, verifying that contracts are followed and work is completed to scope and quality standards. Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, including daily reports, incident logs, and progress updates. Requirements Proven experience supervising construction sites with a strong background commercial and residental remodels and new construction. Extensive knowledge of construction management practices. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with contracts management and understanding of OSHA safety regulations. Supervising experience demonstrating leadership skills in managing teams effectively across multiple trades. Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and team members. Valid certifications in OSHA safety standards; additional certifications in construction management or specific technical areas are a plus.
