Role Overview As the Surfacing Lead/Foreman, you'll play a key role in the success of our pool renovation projects. You will manage the crew, ensure quality control, and handle on-site decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will lead by example, mentor team members, and ensure that every project meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of surfacing professionals in applying pool finishes and making repairs Maintain a positive, productive work environment by providing guidance and real-time feedback Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications Inspect and evaluate surfaces before application, ensuring proper preparation Train crew members on techniques, tools, and materials for resurfacing Ensure tools, machinery, and materials are well-maintained and ready for use Make quick decisions to address challenges related to materials, weather, or site conditions Coordinate with the project manager and team leaders for smooth project execution Serve as the main point of contact on job sites and maintain professional communication with clients and subcontractors Address customer concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction with the finished product Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastering, pool surfacing, or pebble application Strong leadership and management skills with prior experience leading crews In-depth knowledge of cementitious coatings and resurfacing techniques Ability to quickly solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, especially in surface inspection and quality control Experience training and mentoring field staff to ensure consistency Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites in Missouri and nearby states Why Join Us?
