Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead field crews on commercial HVAC construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising installations, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive commercial HVAC experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a proven track record managing crews and jobsite operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate commercial HVAC crews on active job sites Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules Plan daily work activities and ensure productivity goals are met Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors Oversee installation of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, RTUs, split systems, piping, and equipment Ensure all work complies with local mechanical codes and safety regulations Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot installation issues Manage material usage and coordinate deliveries Train and mentor apprentices and junior HVAC technicians/installers Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and construction practices Ability to read blueprints and coordinate layouts Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with small to large-scale commercial projects Experience operating heavy equipment Experience with ductwork installation, piping systems, and rooftop units EPA Certification Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunities for advancement Training and continuing education support
