Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews on commercial plumbing construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising installations, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive commercial plumbing experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a proven track record managing crews and jobsite operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate commercial plumbing crews on active job sites Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules Plan daily work activities and ensure productivity goals are met Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot installation issues Manage material usage and coordinate deliveries Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers Qualifications 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices Ability to read blueprints and coordinate layouts Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various jobsite conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience with small to large-scale commercial.
