• 40/hr (based on experience) | Full-Time | Regional Travel Required 8G Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Glazier / Site Supervisor with a strong background in commercial glazing to join our team.

This role is best suited for someone who has already led crews and managed glazing scopes on active jobsites, and is comfortable taking ownership of field execution from layout through installation. The Role You will be responsible for running glazing scopes in the field, coordinating with project management, and leading crews to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule. What You'll Do Lead glazing crews on commercial projects (storefront, curtain wall, etc.) Read and work from architectural drawings and shop drawings daily Plan and coordinate installation sequences Manage manpower, materials, and jobsite workflow Communicate with field superintendent, PMs, and other trades Use ACC and Procore for drawings, documentation, and coordination Maintain jobsite safety and organization What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial glazing experience Proven experience as a Lead Glazier, Foreman, or similar role OSHA 30 certification Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents Experience with storefront, curtain wall, and/or panel systems Comfortable leading crews and coordinating work on active jobsites Familiarity with ACC and Procore Willingness to travel regionally What We Offer $35
