This role is perfect for energetic, detail-oriented leaders passionate about landscaping, horticulture, and construction. As a Foreman, you will coordinate crews, ensure quality standards are met, and drive projects forward with enthusiasm and precision. Your expertise will help create stunning landscapes that inspire and delight clients while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job site. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape construction crews to ensure timely completion of projects Lead installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features with attention to detail Oversee planting, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and garden installation to achieve high-quality results Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies by conducting regular site inspections Manage project materials, tools, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize waste Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to meet project specifications and client expectations Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster skills development and maintain a motivated workforce Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and horticulture practices Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Knowledge of lawn care techniques, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and general construction processes Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools Ability to assess project needs accurately and troubleshoot issues promptly Clear communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape outdoor environments while developing your leadership skills in a vibrant industry.
