Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Foreman, where your leadership and technical expertise will drive the successful completion of complex projects. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite work and verify accuracy Manage project schedules to meet deadlines Monitor quality control processes to ensure adherence to safety standards (OSHA), building codes, and client expectations Supervise and mentor onsite personnel, including subcontractors and labor crews. Maintain detailed documentation of progress reports, incident reports, change orders, and daily logs Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations related to contracts management and project scope Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in framing Demonstrated supervising experience with a track record of managing teams effectively in fast-paced environments Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; experience with construction schematics is preferred Excellent management skills with a focus on quality control, budgeting, and project delivery Effective communicator capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a positive team environment Join us as a Construction Foreman where your leadership fuels successful projects that make a real impact.
