This position is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily jobsite activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes. What You'll Be Doing Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews on active construction projects Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems Interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed Communicate project progress, challenges, and manpower needs with project management Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC requirements and project specifications Perform quality control inspections and verify workmanship standards Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and electricians Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA and company safety standards What We're Looking For Must-Have 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Previous experience leading crews as a Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar leadership role Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installation methods Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively manage manpower and jobsite productivity Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with low-voltage systems including controls, building automation, fire alarm, access control, data, or security systems Experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or data center projects OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Experience coordinating multiple crews or phases of construction Why TEC Electric Consistent commercial and industrial project work Opportunity to lead high-profile projects throughout the Southeast Career advancement opportunities into Superintendent, Project Management, or Operations leadership roles Team-oriented culture with strong field and executive support Growing company with expanding electrical, controls, and low-voltage divisions Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Personal Sick Time 8 Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Program 401(k) with
