Gate Installer Supervisor

Location:

Durham Direct Hire opportunity looking to move quickly! Company Vehicle and Tools provided! Must have clean driving record and be able to get cleared to gain entry onto military bases.

Salary:

Open depending on experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm with opportunity for occasional OT.

Summary:

Head of crew for all gate operator installations. Provide knowledge and excellent customer service with clients. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction on all gate operator projects.

General Duties:

Install new gates, gate operators, safety, and access controls. Troubleshoot and repair gate components. Train new installers and get them ready to lead their own crew. Work with and communicate with customers during new installs, repairs, training sessions with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Update Supervisor/Project Manager on progress updates with jobs. Once job is completed confirm with Supervisor if any additional items need to be completed. Perform regular maintenance and report any issues promptly.
