We are looking for an Experienced Mechanical Pipe Foreman who isn't afraid to get dirty, lead by example, and lay down the critical infrastructure that keeps our communities running. What You'll Be Doing (The Mission): Lead the
Charge:
Run field crews and drive production on heavy civil water/wastewater projects, managing mechanical piping, underground pipe installation, storm/sanitary sewers, and water mains. Master the
Elements:
Measure, cut, fit, install, and leak-test underground pipes, fittings, and valves of all sizes and materials (Ductile Iron, Steel, PVC).
Command Precision:
Set up pipe lasers, transits, and layout tools to shoot grade and ensure absolute accuracy according to project plans and specs. Direct the
Heavy Iron:
Coordinate directly with equipment operators, providing clear hand signals and direction to ensure safe trenching, backfilling, and material placement. Own the
Field:
Turn blueprints into prioritized daily work sequences. Keep your crew productive, protect installed work, and maintain a locked-down, safe job site. What It Takes to

Proven Piping Grit:
Solid, hands-on field experience in heavy civil construction, specifically focused on underground utility or treatment plant mechanical piping.
Leadership Presence:
Past experience as a Pipe Foreman, Crew Leader, or Field Lead on water/wastewater, pump station, or large-scale utility infrastructure projects.
Technical Sharpness:
Complete confidence reading project plans, specifications, line and grade requirements, and handling trench safety protocols.
Physical Demands:
Ready to work hard in trenches, active construction zones, and demanding outdoor job-site conditions alongside your crew.
Safety First:
A strict safety-first mindset regarding excavations, rigging, and heavy equipment. You protect your crew, period.
