• Lead 2-12 man crews
• Attend sub-coordination meetings
• Manage daily field ops
• Deliver at or under budget
• Use Contractor Foreman daily (photos, reports, timecard)
• Use Procore when GC requires
• Zero lost-time safety
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings to reflect project changes and updates.
• Ensure adherence to job schedules, working with project managers to create 3-week look-ahead plans. Requirements
• Reliable transport
• Pass drug screen
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, prints, schematics, and as-built drawings.
• Proven experience as an electrician with advanced NEC knowledge, including prior supervisory or foreman experience.
• Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to manage and motivate crews.
• Experience with project scheduling, material management, and coordination with project managers.
• Ability to use technology devices such as iPads for project documentation and communication.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
