Job Description

Are you motivated, hard working, and ready to earn what you're truly worth? We are growing and looking for a driven individual to join our roofing team serving Haywood County and the surrounding areas. This is a high-income opportunity for self-starters who are comfortable working independently, communicating with homeowners, and closing sales. Whether you have roofing experience or a strong background in construction, sales, customer service, or project management, we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities:
Oversee roofing installation projects from start to finish Generate and manage sales leads Meet with homeowners and inspect roofs/storm damage Climb roofs to perform basic inspections and minor repairs Provide detailed estimates for repairs and full roof replacements (shingles, metal, flat) Coordinate projects and communicate with customers Maintain professional communication and organization throughout the sales process
Requirements:
Reliable transportation required (4x4 pickup truck preferred) Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs Comfortable climbing roofs (Will train to meet all safety requirements) Not afraid of hard work and possible long days Strong communication and organizational skills Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work independently Basic math, computer, and internet skills (Google Drive) Valid driver's license and background check required
Preferred Qualifications:
