Commercial & Industrial Roofing Foreman Job Summary The Commercial & Industrial Roofing Foreman is responsible for overseeing roofing projects on commercial and industrial properties. This role ensures that all work is performed to high standards, safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Foreman supervises crew members, coordinates materials and equipment, and acts as a liaison between the project manager and the work crew. Duties & Responsibilities Travel to worksites to perform assigned service duties, including leak calls, roof repairs, maintenance, re-roof projects, and other necessary services. Supervise daily activities of the roofing crew on-site. Conduct service inspections and evaluations. Evaluate work approach to ensure compliance wiht company standards, safety policies and procedures. Maintain awareness of project timelines and scope details. Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment. Ensure safety protocols are followed and foster a safe work environment. Properly set up safety systems. Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial and industrial roofing systems (including flat, metal, and membrane roofs). Perform task in a productive, professional and efficient manner. Prepare and set up work sites, inspect equipment, structures and materials. Ensure roofing products, including adhesives, caulking, sealants and coatings are used as directed. Inspect work quality and adherence to specifications and codes. Report progress and issues to the project manager. Train and mentor crew members in proper techniques and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Resolve on-site problems quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project progress. Clean up debris from roof surface and surrounding property. Assist Project Manager with general job duties as needed. Perform additional job duties as assigned. Required Qualifications To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to preform each essential duty satifactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. High school diploma or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in commercial/industrial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. Strong understanding of safety standards and OSHA regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in computer skills. Skilled in using hand and power tools, taking accurate measurements, climbing ladders and working at heights. Ability to professionallyy represent the company to both internal and external customers in alignment with our mission, vision and values. Pre-employment drug test and background check is required for employment. MVR will be also be run for driving record. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications but not required: Certification in commercial or industrial roofing (e.g., NRCA, manufacturer training, etc.). Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred). First Aid and CPR certification. Experience with project management software or digital tools. Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions:

While performing the responsibilities of this job, the work environment may involve traveling between various geographic locations or projects. Employee will be required to wear PPE's including but not limited to protective clothing, ear protection, eye protection, hard hat, gloves and reflective gear. Employee will frequently be on active construction sites involving heavy machinery, cranes and other vehicles. Work will involve occasional to frequent exposure to heights, noise and weather elements.

Equipment and Tools:

Equipment and tools will be provided by the company. Construction site visits will required proper PPE's. Company will provide service vehicle that may be taken to and from home.
