The Foreman is responsible for performing all tasks within the Skilled laborer role while also managing multiple projects. This role involves assigning job tasks, providing direction to MBI field personnel, managing project schedules, and operating company vehicles. The Foreman ensures that tasks are executed according to plans and specifications while maintaining quality and safety protocols. Additionally, the Foreman may be required to perform tasks outside their primary job responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently perform tasks within the Skilled laborer role. Manage schedules for multiple projects effectively. Assign job tasks and provide direction to MBI field personnel. Complete daily and T&M sheets accurately. Operate company vehicles and equipment as required. Ensure quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and report any issues. Set daily goals to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Conduct daily stretch and flex Conduct the weekly Toolbox talk Teach and train crew members, promoting skill development and growth within the company. Utilize critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and solve project-related issues. Qualifications:
Proficiency in Skilled laborer tasks and experience in managing construction projects. Strong leadership skills and ability to multitask effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and project stakeholders. Effective problem-solving skills.
Physical Expectations:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs). Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods. Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
