This role is essential in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on the job site, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain strict adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Duties Lead and supervise landscape hardscape crews to ensure timely and quality installation of features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and decorative stonework. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute design plans. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques necessary for hardscape installation. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, materials used, and any site changes or challenges encountered during construction. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in landscape hardscape projects. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, concrete forming, masonry, stucco, plastering, tile laying, and other related skills such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), roofing, caulking, glass installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, flooring installation, welding, restoration work, and demolition. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and inspection procedures. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to landscape features is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools essential for hardscape installation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately. Valid experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on outdoor landscape projects. Certifications or training in construction safety standards are preferred but not mandatory.
