Job Description
The Handyman / Construction Foreman In Training will support residential construction, renovations, and repair projects, and ensuring quality workmanship. At IronCrest you will work primarily with residential remodel and renovation. This role offers a clear path for advancement into a foreman or project management position, requiring hands-on construction skills, basic tool operation, and effective team coordination with minimal travel. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, and construction support tasks Handle materials and operate basic construction equipment safely Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures Coordinate team activities and resolve on-site problems efficiently Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in construction Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Basic Knowledge of construction techniques across multiple trades Proficiency with power tool operation Ability to read blueprints Strong time management and communication skills Effective problem-solving abilities
