Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Working Foreman to lead residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate trades, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will drive project success, foster teamwork, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. This position offers a dynamic environment where proactive management and construction expertise come together to deliver exceptional results. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on residential and light commercial sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow Read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify work scope and quality standards Manage project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or ProCore to track progress and adjust plans as needed Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications Enforce OSHA safety regulations by conducting site safety meetings, inspections, and maintaining a safe work environment Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement activities using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools to stay within project financial parameters Requirements Proven supervising experience in residential or light commercial construction projects with strong management skills Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Primavera for project scheduling and documentation Knowledge of contracts management and construction law principles Familiarity with construction safety standards such as OSHA regulations Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, tradespeople, vendors, and project stakeholders Join us in delivering outstanding residential and light commercial projects! Pay:
$26.50 - $31.91 per hour
