Full-time About the Role Bristol Construction is hiring a Licensed Journeyman Electrician to take on a leadership role as Electrical Foreman for commercial and Residential electrical projects in Southern NH. and Massachusetts. This is a full-time, permanent position offering year-round stability, strong pay, and career advancement. You'll be hands-on in the field while also directing crews, ensuring safety and code compliance, and keeping projects on schedule. If you're an experienced commercial electrician looking to step up or a seasoned foreman seeking a long-term career move, this role is for you. Responsibilities Lead and motivate electrical crews on commercial projects Perform hands-on electrical installation and troubleshooting Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specs Coordinate with project managers, office staff, and other trades Order and track materials; manage on-site logistics Ensure work meets NEC code compliance and passes inspections Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and daily reporting Requirements Valid NH Journeyman Electrician License (Master Electrician is a plus) 8+ years of electrical trade experience (foreman/crew leadership preferred) Strong skills in problem-solving, planning, and communication Proven experience with commercial electrical systems (panels, lighting upgrades, conduit, service work) Ability to manage projects from rough-in to final inspection What We Offer Competitive pay: $35.00
