Service Electrician - Troubleshooting

We're looking for a service electrician who actually enjoys the work most people avoid, figuring out what's wrong and fixing it the right way. This role is for someone who likes walking into a problem, thinking it through, and solving it. Not just swapping parts or following a script, but diagnosing the issue and owning the result. You'll be doing a mix of residential and commercial service work — troubleshooting, repairs, and small installs. Some jobs are straightforward. A lot aren't. That's the point. We're not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock. We want someone who takes pride in their skill, wants to keep getting better, and sees this as a path to grow into more responsibility over time. You should already know your way around electrical systems and be comfortable working on your own. A Journeyman license is required, but what matters more is your ability to think, troubleshoot, and get the job done right.
