Landscape Construction Foreman and Laborer

Job description: We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead one of our crews in the installation of landscape and/or hardscape projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction or planting, leadership skills, and a passion for building beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew of 2-3 workers on job sites Interpret landscape design plans (preferred, but not required) and ensure projects are completed according to specifications Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members Operate and maintain construction equipment (e.g., skid steer, excavator, compactors) Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and safety protocols Communicate with project managers and clients as needed Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in landscape and hardscape construction 1+ years of crew leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, masonry, paver installation, retaining walls and plantings Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans (preferred, but not required) Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
