Electrical Foreman

Commercial Electrical Foreman We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor expanding our team. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who takes pride in leading crews the right way — on time, on budget, and built to last. What You'll Do Supervise and lead electrical crew on active commercial job sites Ensure quality installations and adherence to safety standards Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep the job moving Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings Identify and resolve field issues before they become problems Maintain a productive, accountable job site culture What You Need Proven experience running commercial electrical projects in the field Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on approach — you lead from the front, not the sideline Solid knowledge of electrical installation methods, NEC standards, and jobsite coordination Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must own basic hand tools What You Get Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, stable position with long-term potential Real growth opportunity with a company that's scaling fast A team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and accountability
