Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Home Improvement Contractor to lead and execute a wide range of residential renovation and remodeling projects as well as repairs. In this role, you will manage all aspects of home improvement jobs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform homes through innovative solutions and meticulous attention to detail, creating beautiful, functional living spaces that exceed expectations while maintaining existing spaces . Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all phases of residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Perform detailed construction inspections to ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and client specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites. Conduct precise construction estimating to develop accurate project budgets and timelines. Install fixtures such as cabinetry, doors, windows, glass panels, and hardware with precision. Execute specialized tasks including carpentry, masonry, stucco application, concrete finishing, framing, drywall installation (including plastering), tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration work. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Experience Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling projects, and repair. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques. Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely on job sites. Demonstrated ability to inspect work quality thoroughly while adhering to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Background in various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming), restoration (painting & plastering), hardscape installation (patios & walkways), glass installation, tile laying, flooring installation (hardwood & tile) is advantageous.
