Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work in a highly advanced, technology-driven manufacturing environment Be part of a company focused on sustainability and energy efficiency Strong commitment to employee development and internal career growth Collaborative, safety-focused culture Exposure to complex automation and industrial control systems Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain 240V and 480V three-phase electrical systems Diagnose and repair motor control centers, control circuits, and power distribution systems Work with PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Install conduit, pull and terminate wiring, and maintain electrical components Maintain and repair switchgear, transformers, generators, and related equipment Support systems involving multiple voltages, including AC and DC controls Troubleshoot across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and clamp meters Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations Qualifications Journeyman certification, electrical license, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance Strong understanding of AC/DC systems, power distribution, and industrial controls Experience with PLC fundamentals and automation systems Ability to read and work from complex electrical schematics Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical safety standards Strong troubleshooting skills from power source through full system operation Your Next Step This role offers more than day-to-day maintenance work.
