The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, automation, PLC, and control systems in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be capable of diagnosing complex equipment issues, performing repairs, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of industrial machinery. Required Qualifications Journeyman Electrician certification, Electrical License, or equivalent degree with a minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience working with 240V and 480V three-phase electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and electrical safety practices, including arc flash protection and lockout/tagout procedures. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial machinery and automated systems. Key Skills & Experience Electrical Systems AC/DC power systems, single-phase and three-phase power distribution. Transformers, generators, switchgear, panel boards, rectifiers, batteries, inverters, busducts, and disconnects. Installation of conduit, wire pulling, termination, and electrical service installations. Electrical testing and diagnostic equipment, including multimeters, megohmmeters, clamp meters, high-potential testers, oscilloscopes, and digital probes. Industrial Controls & Automation PLC fundamentals, troubleshooting, and point-to-point wiring verification. Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), relays, motor starters, control loops, and safety interlocks. Input/output devices including proximity switches, limit switches, photo eyes, solenoids, push buttons, thermocouples, and transducers. AC motors, DC motors, servo motors, and stepper motors. Experience working with industrial robots, preferably Fanuc. Mechanical & Fluid Power Systems Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Understanding of belts, pulleys, mechanical motion systems, and hand tools. Fundamental knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
