Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews and manage commercial electrical projects. This role reports directly to the Project Manager and ensures projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to safety codes.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years running commercial projects valued at $500k+ Active EE-98J license Knowledge and application of the National Electrical Code High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Must be willing to travel throughout New Mexico and surrounding states
Core Responsibilities:
Read blueprints and develop a project timeline Follow schedules, order materials in advance, and maximize crew productivity Draft daily project status reports and attend weekly project meetings Communicate effectively with other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow Supervise, mentor, and lead an electrical crew of up to 8 people
