Job Description

Looking for someone with construction or manufactured home finish work experience who can lead a crew in making new manufactured homes ready for move-in. Must be able to lead by example. Necessary skills include drywall repair, taping and texture matching, painting, trim carpentry, light-duty plumbing and electrical, and the ability to work well with and lead other employees. Must possess the know-how to look at a job and figure out an efficient and clean way of accomplishing it. Most of the job is completing punch list repairs on new Manufactured homes prior to the customer moving in. An eye for detail is required and good customer service is a plus.
