Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Electrical Foreman. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing organizational and project management responsibilities to effectively lead the construction team and ensure they have all of the resources they need. They often have the following duties and responsibilities: Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers Create schedules for workers and subcontractors Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessary Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations Must have good computer skills and experience using project management software Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings Commercial and residential electrical experience required Regional construction project management experience required Knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety guidelines and regulations
